Interview was about an hour and had mostly typical HR questions, such as "Tell me about a time..." The interviewers were polite and seemed easygoing. I walked out feeling more like I had left a meeting with a boss rather than an interview.

Pros: The company has very good benefits, with a lot of holidays and vacation as soon as you start.
Cons: Management is okay.
It is hard to get mentored for new hires, so expect to sit around and do nothing for the first year on board.
Things seem to be much better but still need more work.

Pros: Amazing work environment, most positions have been fully remote, great benefits, and very generous time off.
Cons: The CEO just sent an email stating that everyone has to start coming into the office three days a week. I expect that to be five days sooner or later, despite staff already implementing strategies that assume many employees will be remote.
The pay is very low compared to other tech companies.
