Amazing work environment, most positions have been fully remote, great benefits, and very generous time off.
The CEO just sent an email stating that everyone has to start coming into the office three days a week. I expect that to be five days sooner or later, despite staff already implementing strategies that assume many employees will be remote.
The pay is very low compared to other tech companies.
Listen to your employees. If their job can be done from home, stop trying to needlessly force people to come sit in an office where they will spend all day on Teams anyway.
Had the interview on-campus a week after submitting an application. The interview was mainly behavioral. One technical question was asked about the System Development Life Cycle. Questions had to be answered in a specific structure, but as a student
Applied through campus recruiting and went through a 2-stage interview process. I only received 4 technical questions, but they were not difficult. Their purpose was to see the thinking process of the candidates.
They conducted an online video recording. They asked questions, you got a minute to prepare, and then you had to record your answers. There was no human interaction, so it was hard to tell how you were doing.
