It was during a University Career Fair. We had an initial interview on the spot, which was just kind of a personality check. Once I passed that, they set me up with an interview a couple of days later.
This interview entailed us talking for a surprising amount, about an hour and a half. We hit it off pretty well, which set him back in time. Then, he asked me a series of questions.
