I did phone screening, online coding challenges, HireVue video recordings, and a final Skype interview with two different interviewers. The whole process took about a month because it was in the middle of the end/new year.

Pros: 22nd century office and coffee machines
Cons: Terrible management, terrible decision-making process, low average competence of the staff (many can hardly speak English), a corrupted hiring process, an abundance of useless mandatory courses, poor programming and software design culture, dirty politics at all levels, bureaucracy, and endless meetings.
