There were three different interviews:
- Hireview, where you had to send in video messages answering certain questions.
- Hireview, where they gave a few coding questions.
- Two managers.
Questions
Most were about past experiences and how to combat situations you might have been put in, and how to handle those situations.

Cons: Telework is only available sporadically.
Mid-management is struggling with all the changes and is doing their best to keep their fiefdoms. For a company that is talking so much about innovation, it's surprising they hired so many of the existing contractors instead of finding some new blood.
