Pros: Good benefits, potentially good opportunities, but depending on what team you land on and who your manager is. The company is doing great in the market.
Cons: Some managers, like mine, may not be very good at allowing you to grow. Also, lots of projects are in-sourced from contracting companies, therefore lots of badly maintained applications with little to no documentation. This could be very challenging at times, but it depends on what team you land.
