Initially spoke to recruiters at a campus event in the morning. Was called back the same day in the afternoon and scheduled an interview for the following day. The first round interview was primarily behavioral.
Questions
Interview was 3 parts:
First part open to interviewee to describe their interests and candidacy.
Second part: behavioral questions. Describe a time when you went above and beyond. Describe a time when you worked with someone difficult.
Third part was open for the interviewee to ask questions.
