Online screening assessments consist of 10 MC questions, 2 time coding problems, and 3 "describe a situation where..." questions, where you must submit video-recorded responses. For the video responses, you have 1 minute to think of an answer and 2 tries of 5 minutes each to record your answer. They followed up with a 2-hour technical interview. The questions were very specific, and they went straight to the technical questions without bothering to get to know you and your background.
