I had a brief phone call at first, just talking about the role and what I am currently doing.
Next was a Skype interview, which lasted for about 45 minutes to an hour. The interviewer was quite good; she asked relevant questions and also gave me feedback from time to time.
The only reason I am rating this as a negative experience is that they did not get back to me with the result. I had to email them thrice after which I received the response: "Have decided to go ahead with other candidates."
Started with resume review.
Then, some Java-related questions.
Followed by two small programs.
