First, I had a brief conversation with a recruiter over the phone. This conversation was less than five minutes, and the recruiter asked standard questions about my background and my interest in the position.
Then, I interviewed via Skype with two current Software Engineers.

Pros: Didn't experience any pros. Lots of hours for little pay and no opportunities for growth, even if I tried to move within the company.
