It took a couple months after submitting my resume to get a call back from them.
I spoke to a recruiter about my experience, and she explained their benefits package, then asked me about my current salary and benefits.
Honestly, it just felt like they were talking to me to collect information, which I kind of regret sharing now.
She emailed me a link to take a personality test and logic test.
I took the time to do this, shared my info, and never heard back from them (it's been 2 or 3 months).
It's disappointing that a company would collect so much info, take up my time, and then not even give me the courtesy of telling me they wouldn't be moving forward.
Their benefits package sounded great, though.
Tell me about your past experience.
