Pros: GM has great benefits overall. They also pay their employees well. My position was hybrid, so I worked from home twice a week.
Cons: GM had a lot of major layoffs during my time there.
You would always feel like you would be the next person to be let go.
From my personal experience, there were too many migrations and too few testers on the team to fully develop my skills as a software test engineer.
