Salary is above market average and good corporate discounts for employees.
Very slow internal processes. Onboarding new employees can take a while. Continuing Education seems reserved for Managers and Directors. I was told to pay for my own CE.
Treat all employees the same. Don't show favoritism towards managers and directors.
