Controls Engineer
Online application. Interview was 40 minutes max, all STAR questions with no technical ones. Application to interview took 2 weeks; interview to result took 6 weeks. Was given 2 days to process the offer.
Controls Engineer
The process was more behavioral questions versus technical. If you have good people skills and stick to the STAR method, it should be a breeze. It took about 2 weeks or more to hear back after my initial application.
