Casual interview star based questions. 1. Interview process: Know your resume through and through. Not too technical and very friendly. Interested to learn about the applicant and any projects or experience with manufacturing, etc.
Controls Engineer
Online application. Interview was 40 minutes max, all STAR questions with no technical ones. Application to interview took 2 weeks; interview to result took 6 weeks. Was given 2 days to process the offer.
