Pretty much, if you are not located in Detroit or Austin, there is no growth for you as an employee.
Atlanta and Phoenix locations are treated like off-shore centers.
The college hire to regular hire pay transition is a joke.
The bonuses are based on projects. Since most of the valued projects are given to Austin and Detroit, the other locations don't get anywhere close to what they make.
There are amazing employees with amazing talent in all areas. Start to realize that and give them opportunities.
