Grossly overloaded with work from the day I was hired
Pay is good, bonuses are better. I truly believe GM will succeed and prosper in the post-bankruptcy era.
Way more work than people to do it. Lots of stressful days, deadlines, and meetings.
Either delay or cut back on some programs if you can't or won't staff properly for the amount of work. People are burning out!
