Very fun place to work. Employees encourage interns to learn as much about the company as possible. Managers are generally approachable and very helpful. Lots of chances for movement within the company. Interns get a lot of the perks employees do, like vehicle test drive programs. Interns from outside the Detroit area also get a free furnished apartment for the length of their stay.
Very large company, so sometimes communication between departments is lacking.
Interns do not have as many opportunities for training classes and don't get benefits or vacation (though they can take days off if they make up for it in the same pay cycle).
Keep encouraging employees to actively learn about the industry.
Have better employee discounts on the vehicles.

Mostly situational questions to gauge how you work with others. Some asking about how you handled past engineering problems or "difficult people." Pretty relaxed with an interviewer in a small room, who is now manager.
