If you want a place where employees stay for years, this is it. Mind you, there can be some amazing folks as well as dinosaurs.
The salary is below market average. Cross-team communication is a disaster. Imposing new tech without being flexible and realizing shortcomings of the current tech stack puts strain on deadlines.
Don't expect 10 juniors can do the job of one senior.
HR are too stringent with policies. It's not their fault; it's the protocol they follow, set by the company.
