The initial phone screening and team's meeting were positive and encouraging. For the in-person one, I was told to arrive early, but the interview started 15 minutes late, and I was left alone waiting. Very little attempt was made to build rapport,
The interviewer asked standard interview questions. They were a mix of behavioral and technical questions. * Why do you want to work here? * Greatest strength? The technical portion focused on coding and problem-solving skills.
