Pros

Pay is high for COL. Work is fairly interesting. It's a big company for the resume. Benefits are good, and time off (even starting) is fairly high. Promotions happen fairly quickly, and raises are above COL adjustments.

Cons

Workload depends on the team, which changes by rotation for TRACK engineers. The first rotation was light (around 25 hours), the second was heavier (around 50 hours), and so on. Overall, I think most engineers work the usual 40 hours or so.
