Lots of good things from GM. I felt like I was genuinely appreciated at that company and cherished. Great onboarding experience with ample communication. The actual work experience was enjoyable too. I got to lead teams even though I was an intern leading full-time employees.
My only con was that I didn't like Michigan nor the area GM is located.
Two phone interviews followed by an onsite interview. The first phone interview was mainly behavioral. The second phone interview was much more challenging, and I was asked about different technologies used in speech recognition. The onsite interview
Overall, easy questions. They asked questions from my experience and resume. I applied online, and the recruiter called me the same day. First, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty cool. The technical interview also went well
Was only given a behavioral interview that consisted of 2 behavioral questions and 2 technical questions. It follows the STAR concept very thoroughly. If you don't answer one part of the STAR method, they will ask you about it in more detail.
