Nice Facility, Arrogant Leaders
I liked the cafeteria and state-of-the-art facility.
People leaders are fairly arrogant. When new ideas are suggested, we usually get rhetoric around it not being in the playbook, or we are just told no.
Be open to new ideas.
There is a lot of talent in the company, but management can block those ideas from funneling up to the top.
