I had an overall 1-hour interview through Skype. I didn't get the job, and I shared all of my experience and skills. At least please mention the reason. How can one prove their skills in a 1-hour interview? I don't know.
It was a couple of interviews, with the same questions. Weeks later, I got an offer and I accepted it. I don't think the interviewers were technical people, etc., etc., etc., etc., etc.
Phone screening - determined eligibility. General questions regarding eligibility. Going over the position, describing the team and responsibilities. As well as opening the floor for questions during the interview. Make sure to ask questions.
