Not much to complain about!
Mostly a relaxed working environment.
Lucky to have a very good personal boss. Flexibility with hours is great and they have great trust to allow you to get your work done. It's only stressful coming up to project deadlines.
Sometimes too relaxed and not sure where you stand.
