- Good pay; you just have to make sure to always negotiate your pay.
- So many different teams and projects.
- It's hard to climb up the ladder.
- Pay is really not that good unless you know how to negotiate.
This is an enterprise company, hence it's basically the same thing as most big companies. It's hard to get anything done, and when you finally do, all the managers want to jump on it and act like it was their idea.
