Great work-life balance. The work is typically easy, but there are challenges available to you should you choose to seek them. Tons of vacation days.
This is my first full-time job out of college, so I'm mainly going by how my friends and senior coworkers describe their old jobs.
Being a huge corporation, the environment is ripe with bureaucracy.
There is next to no way to change the status quo.
