Good Pay, Job Insecurity
The company moves at an acceptable pace in regards to getting things out. Every February, a bonus is issued, which is nice. We also get a yearly bump on our salary.
Work is specific to the team you're in, so make sure if you get hired, you do ample research on the teams.
Lots of uncertainty regarding job safety right now. Managers are using layoffs as the "whip" to incentivize workers to keep their jobs. This may work for some and others not so.
Internal hiring freeze, so I can't switch positions within the company.
