- As a new college hire, you might get stuffed into a software-adjacent role instead of a pure software role for your first year.
The top of the chain needs to tell those lower on the chain to have fewer meetings and to be strict about who they are requiring in attendance. Only the absolute minimal set of people should be on any given meeting. Stop wasting my time, kthnx.
