Work-life balance is fine.
Senior leadership is awful and does not communicate clearly. There are moving targets and layoffs despite good profits. The focus seems entirely on extracting as much money out of the customer as possible, not on delivering products they want. There is so much red tape to get anything done. There is too much middle management. Salary isn’t very competitive.
Stop taking bonuses, pay your workers better, and deliver products customers want.

Software Engineer
It was very good. There was a coding online assessment and then an hour of behavioral interview. I got the offer in the next month. General questions about General Motors. I was referred by a recruiter.

It was easy, and there was no coding portion of the interviews except the online assessment. The interviewers were very nice and easygoing. There were two interviewers who asked various questions.
