Pretty lax work culture. Teams in Austin are fairly large, so it's easy to share work and have a nice work-life balance.
Treatment of women, for sure. The environment is chauvinistic and not very friendly towards young women.
Make GM a more female-friendly place to work.

It was very good. There was a coding online assessment and then an hour of behavioral interview. I got the offer in the next month. General questions about General Motors. I was referred by a recruiter.
