If you don't end up on the right team, say hello to maintaining old applications. The processes also don't help.
Don't implement a new "process" every time something goes amiss or if there simply isn't a "business process" there.

It was very good. There was a coding online assessment and then an hour of behavioral interview. I got the offer in the next month. General questions about General Motors. I was referred by a recruiter.
