I love working in the SIL team as a software integration engineer. Every team, including the team lead and product owner, is always ready to be helpful in a polite manner. My manager is very friendly and always makes all of his team members comfortable in every meeting. My manager is very enthusiastic, encouraging us to give innovative ideas to the table, implement new methods, and think outside of the box.
Office is a really cool place to comfortably sit and work in a calm environment. Flexible WFH hours, flexible in taking off a day or a couple of hours for personal work.
Good lunch meals, coffee, are provided in team meetings onsite.
No cons. If you get my manager as yours, then your life is heaven.
Best Management.
Always ready to help if any issue arises.
Immediate response to solve issues.
Very supportive and understanding management.
Overall, easy questions. They asked questions from my experience and resume. I applied online, and the recruiter called me the same day. First, I had an interview with the hiring manager, which was pretty cool. The technical interview also went well
3 rounds: * 1 online coding * 1 tech interview * 1 behavior interview Took more than 1 month to finish and get an offer. Interview questions are very detailed to the day-to-day work, not general coding questions.
I applied through a job portal. The interview was easy. There were 2 to 3 coding questions in Python (easy to medium). Testing knowledge was tested. It was a good experience. Scenario-based questions were asked. Questions from the resume and job desc
