Upper management is very old school and out of touch. The worst managers get the most awards, and those teams live in daily fear. The majority of workers are just getting through the day.
The interview process took me straight into OA after applying. I hadn't spoken to anyone yet over email or phone, which was surprising but acceptable. The online assessment was 2-3 medium LC questions, nothing too crazy.
An online coding test was given by GM. I was given 70 minutes to complete two algorithms, which were relatively easy. I finished within the time limit. I was later selected for more interviews that I have not yet completed.
Applied a couple of months ago, sometime in February. I was contacted and conducted a Microsoft Teams interview in late March. I heard back in a couple of weeks and was rejected. The interview was with three other employees to discuss some behaviora
