Good company to work for.
I would like to see more encouragement.
HR screening over the phone. In-person interview for 60 minutes with the hiring manager and senior members of the team. The interview wasn't really hard, but it took some time for them to reach out and communicate the final decision.
I did the HireVue interview and HireVue coding challenge. Then, two 30-minute interviews with engineers at GM about a month after the HireVue. An offer came two weeks later. The interviews were not super technical.
The interview process was in three stages: Stage 1: Coding test on a coding interface (Python) Stage 2: Technical Interview (Questions pertaining to Automotive SW testing) Stage 3: Behavioral Interview (in STAR format)
