Culture is changing to a more "software development" type company instead of a manufacturing one. This is weighing heavily on the people.

Advice to Management

Change the perspective that we are a software company. Stop embracing other companies' cultures and practices. We are not tech bros, and we are going to suffer if we continue down this path.
