The salary is higher than average. You will find that different people are on different packages depending on when they joined GM.
There are a lot of politics, and things generally take a long time to get done. IT is not as state-of-the-art as you would think for such a large company. A lot of what is going on right now will need to be replaced in a few years to bring it up to modern tech standards.
Don't reshape your programs and technology to conform to inefficient business processes.

First was an HR screening, and then a technical screening/interview. If I pass this one, then there will be more rounds, maybe around 3-4 look interviews, but I'm not sure.
