Process

Extremely boring and by-the-book. He was reading from a script and even cut me off before I could complete an answer. He rolled his eyes when I tried to dig deeper. The interviewer seemed annoyed that I tried to actually converse with him.

As most of the process was automated, I didn't feel like anyone at GitHub wants to connect as people.

The exec team can't decide what kind of company they want or how to lead. Many teams are chronically understaffed. Just sort of has this weird underlying unhappiness covered up by fake positivity.
