I completed the entire interview process but was regretted with a generic email template. Two-thirds of it stated I am now penalized from applying again for six months and provided no feedback whatsoever.

Cons: Almost the entirety of leadership are formerly long-tenured Microsoft employees, and bring with them a fairly toxic work environment. Lots of fire drills and a blame-y culture. The exec team can't decide what kind of company they want or how to lead. Many teams are chronically understaffed. Just sort of has this weird underlying unhappiness covered up by fake positivity.
