I felt the process was efficient and effective.
All the interviewers had a set of questions they needed to cover, with the exception of the technical and engineering leadership interview, which was more informal/casual.
The recruiter was helpful throughout the process, setting proper expectations from recruiter screen to offer, and providing timely and meaningful feedback.

Some engineers will want to nitpick your PR to oblivion to show they know what they are doing, up to the point where they'd have to come back to apologize a couple of times for not reading what your actual PR does. This turned into an exhausting cycle.
