Almost the entirety of leadership are formerly long-tenured Microsoft employees, and bring with them a fairly toxic work environment.

Lots of fire drills and a blame-y culture.

The exec team can't decide what kind of company they want or how to lead.

Many teams are chronically understaffed.

Just sort of has this weird underlying unhappiness covered up by fake positivity.

Advice to Management

Stop reorganizing, figure out how to lead a truly positive culture.
