A questionnaire with some technical and background questions, followed up with 5-6 interviews with various staff. I had great resources in their handbook which helped prepare for each stage of the process.
As discussed in some other posts, the process took quite a while. As this is a completely remote company dealing in multiple time zones, this is pretty understandable. I also applied just before the Christmas holidays, so a lot of the team then was unavailable when I would have interviewed.
I would say of all the companies I interviewed with, they had the most well-prepared, common-sense methodology for screening and interviewing people.
