I applied online. After a few days, I got a reply from the hiring manager about my application and was given a link for an online form with some open-ended questions. I submitted the application. The next day, I got a rejection message.
I didn't get any feedback, but judging from the other responses here, I won't get any even if I ask, so I'm not going to bother.
Pity; they could be missing some great candidates. By the time they fill their organization chart, which is full of open roles by the way, they will get lots of negative reviews. I won't be recommending them to anyone yet.
