Pros: One of the best teams I have worked with. The product solves a real need that I can relate to, and the user love for the product is energizing. The size of the opportunity is massive if we execute well against it.
Cons: The company is evolving rapidly, and so sometimes the processes in place are no longer relevant. It takes time to catch up to the company's needs.
