Process
My resume was selected for this position, and I received a call from HR for an initial screening.
They were mainly looking for someone who had worked on an iOS application with a large number of downloads and active users.
Unfortunately, I was not part of a team that developed an app with a large user base.
Therefore, it didn't work out.

Fun, Engaging Place to Work
Senior Software Engineer • Current Employee
Tempe, Arizona, United States
October 10, 2015
Pros: You'll never be short of (fun) challenges working at GoDaddy. You'll be working with leading-edge technologies and contributing to open source. Your co-workers will help you grow as an engineer. Management is pretty transparent about what they can be, and expectations are clear. And, of course, the office spaces are amazing (you can find pictures online).
Great benefits as well.
Cons: Teams can still feel a bit siloed, and projects that span organizations can take longer than expected.
This is something that the company as a whole has been working on the last couple of years.

Senior Software Engineer
Senior Software Engineer • Former Employee

Pros: People are driven by supporting their customers and focused on getting them value.
Cons: Culture doesn't match company values. They're definitely churning through mid/senior level talent right now as they refocus on technology over the status quo.
