The interview process included:
The two engineer calls involved a project deep-dive and a systems design exercise, where I was asked to design a microservice architecture for an e-commerce platform.
Due to time zones (I'm on PT, and two of them were in Amsterdam time, I recall), I had to wake up very early three times. One of those early mornings was for a no-show.
After investing all that time, I received one sentence of feedback stating that the systems design exercise didn't demonstrate enough experience. It's completely unclear to me what I missed and where. After all the time invested in this process, I deserved better. I will never apply for a job with GoDaddy again.
