They will send you a coding challenge, which you will easily complete in an hour or so if you are from a computer science major. After that, they will not contact you, even after sending several emails.
Why did you send me a coding challenge and let me spend two hours on it? Even if you have piles of resumes on your desk, that doesn't mean you should practice this poor recruiting process.
I will never apply to GoDaddy again and will keep spreading how you keep fooling people with your poor recruitment procedure.
