The interview process involved a short call with a recruiter, followed by a non-technical phone call with a manager, and then a live coding exam. Everyone I spoke with was pleasant, but there was a bit of a communication breakdown for a few weeks.

Pros: Decent pay, remote working option.
Cons: The organization completely fell apart right before I left. Probably no one is left standing because the company completely abandoned that area of the business. :(
