The company is working on leveraging tech and GenAI to drive innovation. There is a lot of scope to learn the latest tech stack and cutting-edge technology. Flexible working hours.
- The appraisals and promotions are driven by US leadership. Local leaders in India don't have much control over it.
- Not many employee engagement activities and get-togethers.
The visibility of employees to senior leadership plays a major role in their growth here. I would recommend empowering regional leaders and business unit heads to make decisions on the recognition and growth of the talent under them.
