Pros

Take time off whenever. I mean, people go on errands during the workday.

Cons

Lowballing employees. Salary is nowhere good. Stock value isn't rising.

Advice to Management

HR needs to change. There is little to no information on how compensation/placement works. Any questions, employees get redirected to HR, and HR says it is controlled by managers.
